Creation of a teaching portfolio

As part of their teaching portfolio, teachers independently create a personal, reflected documentation of their teaching as an "optional subject" in order to bring more transparency to individual teaching performance and competence. The tabular and quantitative listings of teaching procedures that have been common up to now are no longer sufficient. What is required is a documentation with a personal statement on teaching ("teaching philosophy"). In addition to one's own teaching experience, the teacher's personality, style and competence should become apparent. Particularly important is the targeted selection of meaningful evidence, which is presented in the appendix and makes the statements as objectively comprehensible as possible.

The completed teaching portfolio is evaluated according to its quality (defined criteria) with a maximum of 20 units.
