Registration conditions

The number of participants in the courses is usually limited to a maximum of 16 persons. We reserve the right to cancel courses at short notice for good reasons (e.g. illness of the instructor). The participant fees cover all teaching materials within the course including study materials (scripts) for preparation and follow-up.

Participants are responsible for their own board and lodging. Course places can only be reserved after a binding written registration. The participation fee must be transferred to the account of the Competence Center for University Didactics in Medicine (Tübingen) by the deadline, otherwise the course place can be passed on to another interested party.

Please note: If we do not receive payment within 4 weeks after receipt of the invoice, your place will be given to another student. Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the course is free of charge. Cancellation up to 3 weeks before the start of the course is generally subject to a processing fee of € 50. In the event of cancellation at shorter notice, we will have to charge you the entire participation fee. If a substitute participant can be named, the participation fee will be refunded except for the processing fee. If the minimum number of participants is not reached 3 weeks before the course starts, the course can be cancelled.

Please note: All requirements for the MQ I certificate must be completed within 3 semesters, otherwise the services for the MQ I certificate are forfeited.

By registering for the course, participants accept the above-mentioned conditions.
